Job Descriptions
Admission: Take admission fee at entrance point. Assist with
the organization of raffles, 50/50. Sell program. 2 - 3 volunteers needed per shift.
Awards: Help with the presentation of awards to athletes. 2
volunteers per shift.
Equipment set up: Help set up equipment. Requires some heavy lifting.
April 17th, 8:00am - 8:00pm, Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available.
TG equipment from KGTC set up in am, unload artistic gymnastics equipment
from truck in the afternoon. Set up judges tables in eve. Ideally 10
volunteers in the morning, 10 in the afternoon, and 10 in the evening.
Equipment take down: take down equipment. Load artistic gymnastics
equipment into truck, t & t into KGTC training gym. Requires some heavy
lifting. April 20th 4:00pm - 8:00pm. Ideally, 25 - 30 volunteers.
Social: Assist with the set up, decoration of athlete and coach /
judge social. 3 - 4 volunteers needed.
Registration table: hand out registration package to coaches and athletes. 2
volunteers per shift.
Security: oversee fieldhouse entrance points ensuring only athletes,
coaches, judges, officials, and volunteers have access to the floor.
