Competitive Trampoline and Tumbling
Trampoline and Tumbling consists of four events - Individual Trampoline, Synchronized Trampoline, Double Mini Trampoline, and Power Tumbling. Athletes in this program will be working at a higher level, working on strength, flexibility, and core conditioning to facilitate higher level skills. The athletes in this program are required to perform routines that incorporate the skills of the sport. They are judged according to difficulty and execution. Men and Women compete in the same events but do not compete against eachother. The athletes attend several competitions during the competitive season.
