Adult Drop-In

Start with a warm-up and then move around the gym exploring various apparatus at your own pace.  Staff supervising ensures gym guidelines are followed and are available to assist as asked in this self-directed program time.

Ages: 18+ years (MUST be out of high school)

Annual membership fee of $30.00 is due on FIRST visit
$9.00 per visit once membership has been purchased
