Gymstart
GYMSTART is a developmental gymnastics program created by Gymnastics BC. The program tests are designed to put the young gymnast on a solid path for competitive gymnastics. The GYMSTART philosophy focuses on drills and basic skills with a greater emphasis on physical preparation than the traditional competition. The gymnasts are tested on very basic skills or stages of skills and challenged to work hard toward good physical preparation that will ultimately determine their long-term success.
Coach Assessment is required for this program.
