Trampoline
Programs follow the National CAN JUMP levels and the CS4L Fun, Fitness and Fundamentals model for sport skill development.
Trampoline programs focus activities and learning on floor, trampoline, double mini, tumble trak, incorporating games and activity circuits for exploration and skill building
KGTC will contact you should a program change be recommended. Programs are designed to be progressive in each program session for the season.
Athletes are welcome to participate twice a week for faster skill development.

Zumba with Gymnastics
Level 1
Trampoline Level 1 focuses on learning fundamental tumbling skills, landings and on the fun of height and flight elements on all spring apparatus.
Athletes must master CAN JUMP step 1-2 before moving on to Level 2
Level 2
Trampoline level 2 is designed to build a strong foundation of tumbling skills, mastering landings and rotation in preparation for skill development on spring apparatus. Fun, improving fitness fundamentals remains the focus.
Athletes must master CAN JUMP 3-4 before moving on to Level 3
Coach invite required to register for this program.
Level 3
Trampoline level 3 is about building on the foundation spring skills. Athletes add higher level skills including rotations and skill sequences. Fundamental and CAN JUMP 5+ are introduced as bouncers are ready.
