This program is the starting point for athletes 6 - 9 years of age, introducing fundamental movements and the base skills required to successfully advance both in the artistic and trampoline sports.  Athletes have fun while developing their confidence and ability to jump, land, rotate, swing and spring on all KGTC apparatus.

Athletes are grouped into age/stage groups as best possible in each program time to progress through CANGYM burgundy, red, tan and bronze level skills with CANJUMP Level 1 skills.
