Designed to build a strong sport foundation as athleted develop their strength, flexibility, agility, balance and coordination with introduction to new activities and skills as gymnasts are ready. Keen to learn with good listening skills

Experience: 1 - 2 years with good physical and motor skills
Ages: 7 - 12 years
