Tween - Teen Programs

Gym Sport

Designed to explore gymnastics activities with skills learning.  Classes begin with a game and warm up to improve fundamentals and fitness.  Participant interests will focus training onto apparatus, tumbling, trampoline, with the additional choices of circus, acrobatics and the new dance craze Zumba!

Athletes can use CAN GYM and CAN JUMP levels to track personal progress and setting goals.

High School Training

Program goals will be set with participants.  Designed to improve fitness and skill level on all apparatus.  Option of working towards BCSS high school routines and events if interested

Zumba with Gymnastics

A fun and energetic program that builds confidence in movement and floor skills.  Combine the new dance craze with gym activities to develop flexibility and strength!

Teen Cross Training

Parkour

Parkour teaches one to travel from place to place with safety.  Learn to move with efficiency: improving agility as you move over, around, up and across obstacles while developing spacial awareness, self confidence and critical-thinking skills.
